Points will be accumulated in designated business area belonging to the hotel, bill should be paid by member self; any other places leased out will not provide points. |

Redeem points and privileges should be with membership card. |

Members will be automatically upgraded to Gold or Platinum Members once reaching the requirement as specified in Membership Types. |

Gold Membership will be cancelled automatically if stay nights are less than 30 in a calendar year within two consecutive years. |

The benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or VIP card(s). |

The Membership Card and accumulated points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. |

All gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost or damaged. The Membership Card will be voided if lost or damaged, and all the accumulated points will be wiped off too. For more renewal information please contact (8621) 62551133. |

Any queries on the earning of points should be raised immediately upon bill settlement at the restaurant. No point amendment is allowed thereafter. |

City Hotel Shanghai has the right to terminate the Rewards Program or change, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, awards or award levels pertaining to the program without prior notice |
